Check-In Software and Database

Hi, We're looking form someone to develop a app/software for us to check-in our customers. We're a transportation company that makes daily route trips. We're looking for an app/program that will allow for things to be quicker when we're checking-in clients as you would do when you get on a flight. Here's kinda of a step by step what we're looking for Our staff member would choose Destination and Time, and it would stay in that check-in destination and time unless user clicks to change to a different one so that they may check-in multiple customers without having to constant choose the destination and time over and over. Next staff would swipe user's member's card and ID, hopefully would retrieve that member's name and address and member card number. Additional information such as phone and email can be added If customer is already in database, we'd like the program to pull the information up after swiping their members card Next enter customer's seat number. Then complete. When all the customers are checked-in there should be complete button that would show a manifest of all the information, maybe excel format Member ID, Name, Address, Phone Which would allow us to print and hand off to the drivers to carry with them. All this information would be kept in a database, so that we may use to help keep our clients in touch. That's the general idea we're looking for.
