DOCX to PDF report(repost)

Hi, this should be pretty simple for someone who has worked with Docx to PDF before! a) create a script that will parse a URL to [login to view URL] (beta access provided). The form should contain user email/ site and a checkbox to subscribe. b) return results for iPhone4 + 1 popular Android screen size (2 images) - no other screen sizes are required at this stage. Pretty simple so far! c) these images will be inserted into a PDF from docx template d) solution needs to be via shellscript / PHP / or other non-execution time limited solution and PDF created after the image is returned w/ caching & usage log & error reporting e) unstyled docx template example to be developed too (we should be able to edit this ourselves later) SEE: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] f) the report should be emailed to a user (if email entered) or it should also be downloadable via a URL g) If the user opts (via checkbox) when they enter their email at step A, they will subscribe to our mailing list (details will be provided).
