#### Designing Evaluation for Education Projects: Project evaluation serves two general purposes and the evaluation helps to determine the project's merit. #### Features: 1 - Auto-login every 20 min to a predefined List of Chatrooms (or Single Chatroom, Optional to Select Multiple); 2 - Randomly Load a Custom List of Names (.txt format); 4 - Auto-reply to Single Messages with Custom List of Replies (.txt format); 5 - Random Wait-Time on Reply (Set): (Random Wait-Time from "X sec" to "Y sec" for Auto-reply to Single Messages); 6 - Proxy Support List; 7 - Auto-Login (Option); 8 - Minimized to Tray System (Option); 9 - Auto-Start with Windows (Option); 10 - Filters (Advanced Options): (Filter nicknames that were replied already, to avoid double messages to same nickname) 11 - Reply on Chat (Option to write on chat with a predefined list of messages every 15 min, .txt format); Those are the main 11 features I need. We can negotiate for one with less options (lower budget).
