Javascript / PHP Scraper / Parser needed

I need a scraper writen in JS or php. Here is how it should work: 1. In the input field, the user enters URL of the target website 2. After the user presses submit button, the code should load all the images/other selected content from a given website (you may need to load the website in an iframe first, but it would be better if that can be avoided) 3. The script should scrap all images/content from the target website and present them to the user for selection 4. After selection is done, the resulting images/content should be submitted to the server. You should be a proficient coder prior to bidding. And you should preferably know php codeigniter or something equivalent.
