Licensing and Registration Code Generating Scripts

I am looking for a coder for the following porjects: 1. Write/configure a license management script that allows for the following: - Import registration codes for 2 product versions - Enter name - Enter email address - Enter Paypal transaction ID - Enter date purchased - choose product purchased - Assign registration code - Send Email with registration code and defaoult text message - Basic search queries Due date: URGEND, asap! It must be possible to enter (or extract from Paypal account) the above information, assign a registration code that will be taken from a database (based on the product version) and then send an email with the registration code form there (using Outlook) Note: If there is a script on the market you just need to customize, I am fine with that, it just needs to do the job! 2. Reverse engineer a desktop registraton generator - Reverse engineer the registration generation algorithm without source code!
