Parsed data out of PDF and Flat File

I need a script that will parse information out of the following two files: 1. Canadian Banks [login to view URL] (PDF of Canadian Bank's List by Routing and Institution Number) --> Extract the BANK NAME, INSTITUTION NUMBER (3 Digits), BRANCH NAME, ROUTING NUMBER 2. American Banks [login to view URL] (American Bank's List by Routing Number) [login to view URL] (Resource for above link) --> Extract the Routing Number and Branch Name REQUIREMENTS -- Language: PHP -- Fetch Resource from Remote Location (No Upload) -- Finished Product would be two methods (getCanadianBankRoutes(), getAmericanBankRoutes()) in the library class 'Cheque' -- Methods will return an array of stdClass getAmericanBankRoutes: [{'branch':string, 'route':string(9)}] getCanadianBankRoutes: [{'bank':string, 'institution':string(3), 'branch':string, 'route':string}]
