php admin panel for android app

I want to build an admin panel app for my android app. i should add pictures or html in daily basis. it will be in only 2 page 1 - login page 2- tha admin panel with 3 parts 1 - forums with pic upload and simple html editor. 2 - table to list the pic and html ads i just upload and saved. 3- Calendar so i can drag’n’drop the pic from the list in easy way to organize the pic or the html code. Also Daily push notification should be implemented (notifying the app users whenever new pic or html ads are available). If you have previously developed applications you can put in your suggestions to make it better and keep it simple
