108273 Rota Programmer Needed

The rota table itself as i showed you would need to be set out as shown at: [login to view URL] Obviously stretching down to 23:00 - 00:00 :) The numbers accross the top obviously represent the required number of shifts per hour available, if you are able to do this for us we'll of course let you have the default numbers, but it would be essential that moderators can add on shifts easily. There will be 2 rota tables needed, both can be run off the same operator database so it'll basically be a clone with a different heading, different number of shifts and a different color (I think they wanta pretty pink but i'm pushing for blue!) The features REQUIRED are as follows: 2 user types, operators and moderators, operators can only login and book shifts, nothing more Each shift box would need to be clickable, so clicking the box bring up an "Are you sure you want to book this shift?" dialogue box, click ok will recolor it to a selected "booked" colour, and cancel, will of course not :) Moderators need to be able to: create users, delete users, delete shifts from the database (ie: 16:00-17:00 shift 2 of 3 is booked but it is unable to be worked, they can then clear it. Moderators will also need to be able to add on extra shifts ie: an extra block into X hour on X day incase extra cover is needed. Moderators will need to be able to call upon a function that will list all shifts booked in the current live rotas for X operator. The idea is to have 4-7 days open depending on the time to code, ideally to have 7 days sat-friday open, then when midnight saturday night hits, the saturday passed will be deleted/archived (archived would be preferred) and the next saturday is created in day 7, if that makes sense? :) It will all need to be hosted on an MSSQL database, that the company has on thie rinternal servers, however if you have a temporary one that you would be able to demonstrate it on as it is in progress that would be a very big help so we are able to keep up with all developments.
