Visual Basic Program with short report + Algorithms

TT would like a simple method of assessing their students performance after the training. They are considering a multiple choice answer test. At present TT are using a paper based system but would like to move over to an electronic one to improve accuracy and save time in calculating marks. * Produce design documents (Form designs and algorithms) for the program. * Produce test checklist and test data for the program (making sure data in the tables below is referred to) * Write the program in visual basic. Include a printout of the code with the .vbp and .frm files. * Test the program using your test data and document the results. Address problems flagged up by your test. * Write a (maximum 1000 words ) evaluation of the program, detailing good and bad points, and limitations (how it could be improved) 1. The program will display a form which accesses the VB test table and displays the questions one at a time and all 3 answers to each question 2. When the user has completed all 10 questions the program will display another form with all questions and the answers given by the student. At this point the user has the option to change the answer to any question 3. For each question provide a way for the user to select the correct answer e.g. option buttons] 2.
