Access to MS SQL conversion(repost)

I have two access databases, one is the frontend to the other database. The frontend database has 43 tables, 209 queries, 45 forms, 7 reports, 27 macros, the backend has 40 tables. The access program is setup to import both jobs and vendors from a Peachtree 2004 export in csv format. The frontend database needs to be converted to VB.Net 2003 and Crystal Reports, the backend needs to be converted to MS SQL 2000 - MSDE. The queries need to be converted to sprocs in SQL. As far as the functionality, it will remain the same except that it needs to be able to export data back into Peachtree 2004 directly. The selected coder needs to already have experiece importing and exporting to Peachtree from MS SQL. I will also require a sample of at least one previous project that was done involving such.
