Seperate Fax Tones from normal tones

I have a customer who goes through about 2000 wave files a day from an outbound dialer. Many of these wave files have a fax tone in them and some are actual voicemails. He wants to be able to execute a code that will look in a folder where his wave files are stored and to seperate all the wave files with Fax Tones from the ones without fax tones. The program would need to be able to examine the wave file and determine high tones in the wave to seperate from wave files without high tones. Example sound files will be provided after bids come in. ## Deliverables Program will browse a folder containing wave files and seperate the wave files into two output folders within the browsed folder. One of the folders will be called Fax Tones and the Other will be called Voice Tones. THE program will read the wave files and seperate them based upon whether or not the program detects that there is a fax tone within the file. Example fax tone wave files will be given to the coder upon request. The reason for the program is based upon a customer of mine who spends his day listening to wave messages from a dialer in which many will have fax tones and many will be good. He wants to be able to save time by just listening to the wave files that are good.
