Small registration program for youth Centre(repost)

I will be creating a system for the new youth centre I’m helping to run. the centre allows the youth to use facilities twice a week like playing on computer games, pool tables, table tennis and many other activities. This youth centre is in need of a system that helps them to register new youth that attend by inputting and saving their personal details The system will also be needed to keep track of the youth’s weekly attendance, if there is any awareness’s the staff should look out for, the type of activities and tournaments the youth will enter or have achieved/won The system will also be needed to keep track of which organisations have come down and helped the youth centre. The youth workers are required to apply to 2 grants each from various organisations per month. It will also be required to record the hours the youth workers have done per week. We also need a system that allows the youth to scan their cards when they enter the youth centre and scan it again before they leave. The system then needs to input that data in to the database. AN ANALSIS OF THE SYSTEM IS ALSO AVAILABLE THAT THE CODER MUST FOLLOW. THE ANALYSIS MUST FIT IN WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER THE CODER CAN ALSO AMEND THE ANALYSIS IF AGREED. AN EXAM BOARD SPECIFICATION HAS TO ALSO BE FOLLOWED.
