Advanced Joomla Webpage with internal part and booking system

Hello, We are a online Spanish teaching company who teach via Skype Lessons, and a moodle course. We want to develop a professional page where students will be able to book the skype lessons, choosing the teacher, checking the available times he has in google calendar, and pay via Paypal. The project is quite complex, so PLEASE, DON´T BID IF YOU CAN´T DO IT I want a Joomla webpage with a complex internal part. I´m attaching a document with a full explanation of the project. It´s essential a fully read and understanding of the project. I´ll only pay after I´m 100% happy with the resoults, specially with the booking system and the google calendar coordination. I wasted 4 months with a real amateur company who accepted the project without knowing how to do it. I quit the contract with them, and I´m looking for a really good and professional company who can do the page with a beautiful design and with all the functions working properly. Unfortunately I´m now on a tigh time frame, and need the project to be done in 4 weeks or so. I know it´s not the normal thing, but I lost 4 months... Take this in mind when you bid, I need your team fully working. I also learn from my mistakes, so I´d like to have several Skype meetings with the director of the project, so I can see the evolution of the page, and correct the things I don´t like. If I see you can´t do it, I´ll stop the project, don´t wanna loose more time. For me to consider your bid it´s essential that you fully read the document attach, and you send me a private message summarizing up the project, and explaining me something about it.
