Build an Adsense Site

You must be able to provide or create an Adsense site which is consistently earning $15 USD or more per day. I have the following requirements: * Select any niche - However, Pharmaceutical, Gambling, Adult oriented, etc. sites are NOT acceptable niches (Please provide your niche selection in your first PM - Thanks), * I will register the domain name you suggest to be used, if it is available. If the domain name is not available, you will suggest another SEO appropriate domain name. * Must be 100% within the Google TOS, * Must be Adsense Optimized, * Traffic driven must be 100% "White Hat" methods and provide real human visitors, no bots, * Should earn earn a minimum of $15 USD a day for 30 days, * All Content MUST be original and SEO, * Wordpress must be used and I will provide the Wordpress installation and hosting services, * All Copyrights belong to me I will pay the amount of the successful bid after and only when I see a consistent income at a minimum of $15 USD for 30 consecutive days and can setup the milestone payment. I will provide you with the Google Adsense report, so that you are able to verify the earnings. For all bidders on this project, please include the details on how you will drive traffic to the site, as I do not want the Adsense account to be penalized or terminated. The perfect professional would be someone who is willing to give me a fair bid cost and would be willing to work on future projects exactly like this, for me, as we build a working relationship, and inherent trust with each other. Provable Adsense income is a must. I have the funds but need the design and SEO help to succeed. Please provide samples of your work in your PM, thanks. I will request several more sites, providing I find the right person to work with. I am outsourcing this instead of doing it myself as I do not have the extra time to personally create the site.
