Build a WordPress-based website

We are looking for a company to help us build a B2B, WordPress-based news and information website. Content and navigation are key for us, so we want to work with a firm to help us design a unique and secure user experience for our professional clients. Accurate and powerful search and content management functionalities are also of critical importance. The text-heavy site needs to be easy to manage and include the ability to frequently add/remove/modify menu and sub-menu options, modify content and navigation throughout, and install and manage WordPress plugins. We are confident that there are existing WordPress themes that will support our needs, so we don’t require new ones to be developed. The site needs a secure yet flexible membership administration tool, so you should be very familiar with Magic Members. Knowledge of other WordPress plugins such as MailChimp or Constant Contact is also required. We are hoping an initial beta site can be up and running by early February. Once established and tested, we will develop it further, for example by including the installation of a newsletter publication feature, payment and invoicing systems, and data and content protection. Our main clients are banks, governments and other high-level institutions and multinational companies, so the site must be extremely secure and have a very professional look and feel. That said, we don't require a cutting-edge Flash-based site – just something that is responsive, easy to read and simple to use. We already have our logo and branding, and we do not require hosting services. We are keen to work closely with a partner to build this website, potentially entering into a long-term relationship to grow it.
