CashBack website (template and script)

Project Description: READ BEFORE BIDDING! We are looking for a small team with a proven quality track record and experience with cash back sites and white label applications - to design, build and potentially be involved in the ongoing development of the application. The sort of functionality required is like [login to view URL] or better. So what do we need: 1) Cashback script, which will be compatible with template. We will use Russian affiliate networks for the project. 2) Need to have an easy to use CMS. Also please outline how you would plan to build the project, i.e. what development environment and main technologies you would use to create the application, including any existing cash back site or other core components you would use. This outline is a preliminary summary of the plan and technical spec you plan to deliver. We are looking for an experienced developer to contribute ideas to the planning as well as development of this app, and the first stage of the project will let you show what you have to offer in terms of carrying out the actual development in the second stage. Suggestions from developer are welcome. Our final decision will be based on ability to explain how your team are going to implement this project in details.
