Clone Youtube Build a Joomla Video Sharing Site

We are looking for Joomla experts to create a Joomla Video Sharing site. You can use all available Joomla components, modules and templates. We need these functions: 1. Looks like Youtube, has Home,Videos,Channels,Community sections. We need a new Shopping section. Users can buy protected videos. 2. Enable users upload video and real-time convert to flv. You will need to configure our Linux Fedora server with MEncoder, FFMpeg. Recommend this module(Maybe you have a better idea): [login to view URL],english/ 3. Spider/crawler to crawl the internet and find media files(Most needed are flv and wmv files, and extract flv links from swf player) within website pages(such as Youtube, Myspace, iFilm, Yahoo Video, and Metacafe).
