Code PSD graphic layout to E107

This is a request to have my graphic layout that is in .psd format to be coded as an upload ready theme for E107 CMS. The graphics are done, just need need to get them coded to e107. Them is fixed width. There are no exceptions for the time frame of 1 day completion, so if you can't make this project a priority please do not bid. If you have never coded an e107 theme please do not bid. I will supply the .psd and instructions for how it should look. Bidders without feedback will be ignored.
