Complete Website

We have a proto-type of our website that needs to be fully revamped (from the look and feel side). The site was built using Drupal and we don't want to completely redo it because we feel the search, back-end can be reused - it's the front end that needs to be redone. We have wireframes and a sitemap created and a color template for you to follow. The site has a total of 40 pages and 9 lighbox/pop-up modules. Of the 40 pages, 20 of them are the same template, just different user states so different elements display. The winning bidder must agree to sign an NDA prior to being chosen for our project. We are looking for a 2-3 week turn-around on the project and are requesting no more than a 25% initial/starting milestone. We will pay another milestone mid-way through the project and the final payment at the end/delivery of the project.
