Custom Wordpress Blog Theme - URGENT

I need a custom wordpress theme created for my new blog. I'm looking for high quality and certain features. The blog needs to be xhtml and css valid and SEO oriented. The theme of this blog is to discuss marketing techniques from the porn industry online, and how they can be applied to regular non-adult businesses, so I want a fun, sexy, yet still business oriented feel to the design.
