Event Ticket Management Solution

I need an application that will help me manage ticket sales for a large banquet. There would be two distinct roles for the application. 1. Admin 2. User The admin area would allow me to configure the event. 1. How many tables at the event 2. How many seats per table (each table can have a different number of seats) Default = 10 seats 3. Who the users are that can login to the system 4. Assign users to an event and then assign specific tables to a user 5. Create various reports (to be discussed further) 6. Create an event 7. Label a table as: Underage, of age and older adult (this should be easy to do multiples at once) 8. Be able to edit anything a regular user inputs. 9. Put cost per ticket 10. Financial report based by user for example: if tickets cost $100 and user A has 10 tickets to sell they would owe $1,000. If they sell 9 tickets and return one the report should say amt deposited $900 tickets returned one. Based on what they input in the user side I should be able to compare their information to actual deposits to balance tickets etc. 11, All reports should be sortable by columns and exportable to csv Regular User area: [login to view URL] will see all available tickets for the event with labels comments etc. 2. They can edit their assigned tables to put comments, reserved ticket numbers, sold tickets, free ticket number 3. based on what they put in step two other fields will be pre calculated. For example if a table has 10 tickets and they reserved three the tickets remaining field would be 7. Further examples can be provided to the winning bidder or if clarification is required I can show the manual spreadsheet we use as an example. 4. They can receive a report on what they have I can provide report examples to any bidder that requests it.
