Facebook Integration & Credit Card Payment Gateway

Accomplish 3 tasks for my website - [login to view URL] 1. Change the back end admin console's menu text from Chinese to English (can use google translator) 2. Enable customers to login from facebook to my website (login with facebook or connect with facebook) 3. Add the "Like" social plugin to every page of my website 4. Add credit card payment gateway for my website ([login to view URL]'s credit card payment gateway), which includes Charge, Authorize Only, and Refund operations 5. Currently my website doesn't allow adding or removing a product from an order once the order is place, I would like to be able to add/remove products once the order is placed - we call this after-order change. Also I want customers to be able to add more funds to their order if they owe funds once products are added, and I want my website to be able to refund funds to their order if products are removed. If the payment method is Credit Card, then the adding funds/removing funds operation should be integrated with the payment gateway.
