Joomla RsForm Pro CV Application/Profile Form

We have a recruitment/employment website built by Joomla 3.1 and we intend to use RsForm Pro to get jobseekers to apply or submit their CV to a specific email. The form’s purpose is to just submit the CV/Profile and not register in the website. The form should be similar to “My Profile” section in “[login to view URL]” by all means without the registration process. You can see what I mean by creating a Dummy Account (press Join) and going through the process step by step. (please do not submit an offer without seeing the process and be sure you can do it). Terms and Conditions: • The form should be multipage, same as the intended form with 6 pages. • You will provide the form as a RsForm template to be installed on our website by us. • You will create the form on your own website and server, we will not provide our site/server access. • We will not provide any components modules or plug-ins, you have to be an owner of RsForm and use your own Joomla extensions (this is to make sure that you are familiar with the component) • All fields should be modified according to our needs. • All field should have descriptions on the right side. • Required field should be applied as the mentioned form above. • Response/notifications of the submission should be created, we will provide the company info for the signature. • Locations should include all countries, and there is one country that will have 18 sub-locations, we will provide the sub-locations. • You will add three previous Jobs spaces, and three Education spaces. • Upload CV: Maximum file size is 2 MB. File types accepted Doc, Docx only. • Upload Photo: Maximum file size is 1 MB. File types accepted: JPEG, PNG. • We will need to see the form online and test it on our website before accepting the job. • Please do not submit offers more that mentioned above, we will not accept them.
