Joomla Website incorporating ecommerce and Tcadmin

I am looking for someone to create a website for a game server provider. It will need to incorporate a billing/cart system called WHCMS ([login to view URL]) as well as links to TCADMIN which is used for the servers. It will be using Joomla and as such I need someone to either create a template or I do have some templates that I like which can be used.
