Looking for long term relationship in Customizing Drupal Site

Looking for long term relationship in Customizing Drupal Site We currently have a web site setup using Drupal. We are looking for someone with experience in using Drupal and performing the following customizations for us. 1. We have already created a custom user profile page but need this further modified to look better and function better. Specifically making the tab to enter and edit user information look better. 2. Take our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service copy and create two pages for these. 3. Modify registration process: a. We would like it to look better b. Allow instant user registration and access. 4. Modify forums to look better 5. Add user profile pictures to posts in forum and on comments. This will require a smaller picture size that the site should be able to create. 6. Ensure that the site looks good in both mozilla & IE in different screen resolutions. 7. Modify the navigation block to show user name and have nice mouse over effects for different menu options. This is the initial scope of work that we would like to have done. If this work is performed successfully there is a second and third phase of work that we will want to have done as well.
