Need a Site Like Points2Shop.com

Hello everyone! This is a very large project. I am in need of someone to help me make a site like http://points2shop.com. I have everything that I need to run the site, I just don't have the site itself. I need someone that will be able to take my concept maps and make them reality, as well as someone that can take my design ideas and make them happen. There are several things I would like to add that P2S does not have, for example allowing users to search through eBay "Buy It Now" auctions to spend their points on, rather than only Amazon like P2S has. I would also like to add custom "prize" sections. For example, I would like to add a section to allow users to trade their points in for certain software. Or maybe products from other websites, such as [login to view URL], with whom I plan on partnering. This should all be editable via an admin panel. Anyways, we can discuss more about this via PM or email. I am willing to pay a good bit, but I do not have a very high amount to put into this initial project. Once we get a skeleton up and working, we can move from there, adding more features that I need. I don't expect you to make something like this for a very low amount, so I am offering you 15% of all profits made from the site once it is launched. This will be guaranteed with a contract, which both parties will need to sign. You will also need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon acceptance of the project. This project is HUGE. There is a LOT of money in this. There are sites out there similar to this, however the things I'm going to be adding, and the ideas I have, are going to make this site the next big internet sensation. I look forward to your bids.
