Occupational Health Website

I will provide all of the site content after its completion. I only require graphics/fonts and placeholders such that I can edit the PHP/html. This project is mainly graphics and website design / html work. The PHP and MySQL makes up a small proportion of the work. I am an MEng professional software engineer looking to get a site developed for my new occupational health database software. The site will be similar in content to existing occupation health sites such as: TEMPUS [login to view URL] OPAS [login to view URL] My requirements are as follows: =============================== Site Sections: -------------- -common Header and footer of site - professional look is compulsory, modern graphics, logo, footer with links to main sections Main sections: -Home page - introduction -Software Description (brief software map) -Screenshots -Trial Download -Purchase - Pricing information and link to purchase with purchase mediator such as share*it BUT must be registered & logged in before purchase (tracking of sales) -Register (Registration form taking data of purchaser) -Sign-in - users can login after verifying their email address (cookie based sessioning to span multiple browser sessions) -FAQ Site features ------------- PHP5 and MySQL is provided, I would prefer Database interaction using prepared statements and mysqli extensions to protect against SQL injection. Well organised modular PHP approach is a must! Minimally, Header, Footer, DBAccess modules and one separate php file per site section.
