Oscommerce Tidy up Website with new header

Great project should not take very long for the right person. The site is an OScommerce site. a new header has been designed and is in effect. what we need is for someone to integrate the new header with the website the website is already set up and working. also what we want is the new header to replace the old left column. The new header buttons need to be javascript menus and will replace the Left column. so all that needs to be done is. change colours in the CSS to suit the new Header and to align the products so website looks neat and tidy. we require that the website will look blended in with the new header. take a look at the website.
