Pligg Expert: Responsive navigation Menu and Responsive Gallery

I need someone who have experience coding a Pligg(CMS) website. The task: 1. Get(or duplicate) the whole responsive navbar(and its functionality) of this [login to view URL] and replace the navbar of my Pligg website with it. 2. Make my masonry gallery responsive. Make it show 4 column gallery. and 2 column gallery on ipad(portrait view) My budget on this is $50-$100 Make sure you check the link I provide and be sure you have experience on Pligg site and you are sure you can make the same responsive navigation menu like the link I provide.
