172053 Proxy sites network manager

I want to use (php 5 +mysql 5)to manage network of proxy sites using "PHProxy" script. The project will be to make a script (Admin panel) where I can add sites to the network and change ad codes showing on the sites and other things through variables placed into the themes. I will provide those themes so the programmer will create the admin panel and write the necessary variables to the existing themes so I will be able to manage various sites through single Admin panel. So Domains can be parked to the main domain where the script is being installed and the script takes it all from there. I imagine themes placed in folders "theme01" theme02" and path to the selected theme to be assigned to the selected domain through the database. I need a page to add new proxy to the network with fields like Domain name Site name Home page Ad code Proxied pages ad code Footer links and another page to list existing sites and ability to delete them The script must have auto installer and installation guide written Will need the programmer to Encode the script using Ioncube and add Iono licensing system into it.
