A website for a company/product with online ordering/appointments/chatroom features

I need a custom built website for a company/product. I need the usual pages such as home page, about the company, product page, contact page, etc. But I also need some important features which are listed below. *PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL ONLY CONSIDER DEVELOPERS WHO HAVE A PORTFOLIO AND GOOD RATINGS* Main features I need are below. (You may suggest the use of third party plug-ins to create each feature, but you must let me know which plug-ins/services you plan to use.) Online ordering: Ability to purchase the item through my website (with secure payment processing - I will consider using paypal to handle all transaction). Upon completion of a purchase, the website must automatically give the customer an order number/contact info. An automated email has to be sent to me with details of the order so that I can ship the item. Online appointment scheduler: Because the product I'm selling is very technical, my customers would need to contact me for additional information. The customer has to be able to schedule an appointment for an online chat consultation direct from my website. There will be specific days/times they will be able to choose from, and their information (name, email, etc), has to be emailed directly to me once the customer has picked the appointment time. Secure online chat room: I need to have an online chat feature on my website. When someone makes an appointment for a consultation with me, I need to be able to give them a unique log-in ID and password to chat with me privately. If you have questions feel free to ask.
