Website Template and Logo Created from Business Card

Attached you will find our company Business card. We need to create a website template based off of the design, and we need digital files of the logo which should be incorporated into the site. We only need a template package for the site with sample pics and sample text. We will upload our own text and pics and create the additional pages. It should have navigation headers for "Home", "Products", "Installation Pricing", "Specials", "Schedule Appointment", "Store Location", "Contact Us". Looking for this to be completed in about 5 days. This is for a car audio website. Company Name is: Custom Kreations / Mobile Audio Sales and Installation Owner name and number does not need to be included in your work. Please review uploaded documents, you will need to recreate the logo found on the back of the card. We will need PSD, PNG, and JPG copies of it and it
