WordPress Belize Info & Real Estate Site

I need [login to view URL] changed. I only, want to keep the basic structure using the tabs across the top, and add subcategory pages down the left. The current site in Spanish but the new site will be in English. The project will be in two stages with the predominate theme being Real Estate. This posting is for phase one only which will be to build the basic site with one of the 7 tabs Tab across the top, going to a static undercontruction page for phase 2. The initial purpose is to present information on Belize and get the site ranked on the search engines. Later we will add properties for sale plugin. I have attached documents with a basic layout and all the content needed to build the site. You will be responsible to choose "content appropriate", good looking pictures and layouts for each of the pages. There will be one contact form and one subscribe to newsletter plugin. There will also be a linked in, Facebook, and Google+ interfaces and like links. In total there will be 7 Categories consisting of 27 pages subcategory pages down the left side. Please only apply if you have great experience with Wordpress and are good with site look, feel and designs with similar themes. Please only post examples that YOU DESIGNED and IMPLEMENTED YOURSELF.
