Wordpress Expert for availability calendar and search

We have a real estate website built in Wordpress, we would like to add an availability calendar to the properties that are for rent. When a property is added to the Wordpress admin and For Rent is selected a calendar will appear that admin can fill out to show the availability of the property (Booked, Changeover day and Available). This calendar will then be shown on the details page of that property, it will show the month which we are in and the following 11 months (total months to be shown 12). Image attached – availability. For rental properties we also need to add a wider price range and show duration of stay (per night, per weekend, per week and per month): From a day in a month to another date – Price – Per duration (15 September to the 9 December – Price 500€ per week) We will need to be able to add as many price rows as we need for each property. To the existing search we need to add, if rental is selected, dates of your holiday, and this will then show properties that have those available dates in there calendar.
