Hi, We are currently looking for support on our new venture. Here is an outline of what we need: This is a document approving site and we need a system to allow it to run fluently without constant maintenance using Wordpress. A person will upload a document via a page on the website. All documents must then be listed on an internal page (member access) displaying a number of details An email will go out to all members advising a new document is available. If they want the job they log in, select document (marking it as TAKEN) and the document opens up in a page with spaces for feedback. Member submits feedback and the document is returned via email to the original uploader. The site must track how many documents a member completes. If a document is not marked or claimed within 24 hours an email should be sent to a specified email address In addition, Admin must have complete access and authority to every members page so that if they accept a document and then fail to complete they can access it and return it. To break it down, here is what we need: A page where students can upload their essays An internal page for members only that lists all the essays that have been uploaded An automated email service that gets sent out every time an essay is uploaded A separate page where teachers can read the essay and provide feedback, and then mail it back to students An automated email sent to admin if an essay has not been marked after 24 hours The amount of essays marked by teachers must be recorded If this is something you would be interested in working on please provide a quote and estimated time frame.
