process to show that it is possible to extract data from multiple Word forms and import into an? Excel spreadsheet for data analysis using? VBA. ? The word forms is a survey and and example of the type of? data to be collected has been? designed on a word document.? The word document will be sent out via email to many users then returned to? the single host, maybe me. the word form create will be locked to? restrict data a user can enter and contain a variety of data types. I have attached a sample questionnaire that must be used or at least use the same format you would like to use? different questions. Ultimately this is a proof of concept for future work on the real questionnaire. you will need to use at least three completed surveys? to prove it works. in future there will be hundreds of responses. ?
