JavaME programmer needed for mobile implementation of existing website

We have created a B2B site called loadafrica.com. We are now trying to translate that concept to mobile phones. It will be a minimalistic approach. We already made two attempts to solve the problem through a simple HTML, CSS, jQuery implementation however we failed due to the unreliable events provided by the browsers of the cheapest category of smart phones available. It is necessary that this application works with cheap phones as our target audience is truck drivers in Africa that most likely cannot afford higher end phones. Since however most of these phones are JavaME compatible we are looking for a JavaME programmer that can code this mobile site for us. **I will be testing the completed application with my Samsung GT C3303K and payment will only be made if the application works 100% on that phone.** Please see attachments for more details.
