Urgent: Old Doctors Database needs update

I'm a medical student and my mother is a Doctor for 30 years now. She has been using a program that i presume was made in pascal or C. The problem is that the computer (running windows 95 on minimum requirements) is crashing and brings the threat to destroy the databases witch are in Fox pro, thus loosing around 6,000 patient entry's. We have tried everything to take the program off that old computer and into a modern computer but the software is so out dated it will not run under windows 98 or greater. Not to mention the hard drive corrupted. Bottom line we managed to take the database off that computer and onto a CD witch will be supplied to the coder. I need a programer that can code a program to extract the data out of those old FoxPro databases and insert it into a easier to handle for us database like microsoft access. Finally this project will most likely need some sort of non-disclosure on the information that will be handed on to the coder. Payment will be issued as soon as the program is sent to us. Via Paypal, western union or direct bank-to-bank money order. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
