Video files organizer / database.

I need , AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, a software that will allow me to? perform the tasks reported below :? **IMPORTANT: If a free software actually exist I can evaluate to pay you ONLY to have found that software for me!! (even if you do not write a code line! and even if it does not perform EVERY tastk I listed below) , but first I have to check it first, then I decide if it is suitable for me.** I need this software to organize many acquired video files (NOT MOVIES!) and to find them again using a search in pre-compiled fields. these are the tasks the software have to perform : - I have to manually associate some info using different fields to the video files.? (? if you code this software I need to custom/add fields names/types), then I should perform some searches with that data fields - all "just acquired and still not indexed" video-files are all located in the same? directory (tipically? c:\acquired_videos) (if you code this software I have to choose the directory) - I have to associate informations to that video files by compiling some data? fields. Once I associated some info file, it should be moved? to? another directory location (tipically c:\videos_database). (this "file moving" is needed to me, to separate "already indexed videos"? from? videos that are still to be indexed" - in the search mask I have to perform search using mutiple fields. I have to? decide , for each search, if my search will be "case sensitive" or not. - if the search filter found more than one file, I have to sort them by clicking fields? column? headers. - I have to play the video with the default video player just clicking on it in the search results. - I have to export the search results saving it with my choosen name. the software should have? an auto-backup function that must save all? datas while closing the software. NOT only the last backup shoud be saved but IT SHOUD retain the last 60 backups. Some maintenance tools to check database integrity, rebuild index, compress database must be available.
