Website Editing/updating

This particular project consists of a website editing/update. We currently have 2 websites; one done completely in flash and the other all in html w/t some flash (ex. banner etc.). We will only be keeping our HTML website and we will be updating and editing it to make it better and more practical. A detailed description has been attached. It explains every detailed that needs to be changed, updated or redone. PLEASE REVIEW!!! Please READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BIDDING!!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY BIDS IF THE REQUIERMENTS ARE NOT READ!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). **Website Editing** This particular project consists of a website editing/update. Redoing the picture gallery (under the link Gallery)- we do not want any pop-ups!! ??" Also, we would like to see a few different options of picture galleries that we can incorporate in our website.(we are looking for something a little bit more interactive; DO NOT want just pictures listed on a page. - we want to have an overview and then enlarge pics etc..) The new gallery picture are classified in a few different categories ??" ex. Sanding +4 pictures … Before and After ??" 6 pictures etc… - *would like to see some samples prior to accepting the bid..* 2. The Room Design ??" Needs to be incorporated in the website w/t no pop up.. -- -needs to be redesign with better graphics ??" I will like to hear suggestions prior to accepting the bid. *(I will like to see some samples of past work; of **similar project)*** 3. Introduction ??" too much writing ??" I would like to have some pictures inserted in a professional way so that the introduction page will not look so crammed with writing. (professional is defined by what my expectations are or will be; no exceptions)Also, the sound on introduction in the front page needs to be moved to the new front page. 4. Products and Services ??" will like for a few words to have a link back to the gallery pictures. For example under Installing laminates to have the link to the laminates picture gallery and so on. Also, I will like some pictures integrated here as well so that the page w/t the writing will not be so plane. 5. Under New Technology insert picture of our dustless system. 6. Change the promotions tab to Videos Online 7. The staircase builder ??" I would like it incorporated in the website as well; in a way that will make sense. ??" no popup. - for that page I will also like have it own picture gallery. 8. Converting new videos - We will be adding new videos to our archive- We will just need them to be converted and incorporated in to our flash player. 11.
