Advanced WordPress theme developer required

I'm a theme developer myself, looking for someone who knows what they're doing to help out and save me some time. This is just phase one of the project while we see how we work together but if you can deliver what you promise there will be more to follow since I have far too much work for one person. I'm currently working on wireframes for a complex theme with a flexible homepage. The homepage options are what you will be working on, the idea is as follows: There are different sections or "modules" available to choose from for your homepage. Instead of selecting which you want to show with a checkbox and having them display in a preset order, I want to allow the user to set up the structure of the homepage in a similar way to how sidebar widgets already work, adding multiple instances of the same module with different settings, dragging into a different order, etc. I can provide you with a mockup of how this options page should look, or if you have your own ideas we can collaborate, but you'll just need to get the basic unstyled interface working and saving the chosen options to the database. Feel free to ask any questions about the project, I'd rather clear everything up before we start.
