I recently designed a website (hand coded HTML/CSS) and am looking for someone to convert this to a WordPress theme. The theme will consist of: Main Page (Latest articles box, highlighted story, highlighted story by one author, most recent comments) Two categories of posts: "Articles" and "Interviews". Each has a template for an archive, and a single post. The single post will display the "Article" (Or in Interview category, the "Interview"), and have a box containing links to most recent articles. The archive will display a title and summary for the most recent articles for the past 30 days, (or in interview category, the most recent "Interviews"). Also, on the sidebar of the archive page will be a list of each month where posts were made.. clicking on the month will go to the a template listed with an archive by that month. The title of the article/interview in the archive will be linked to that article in the single article template. Author's names are linked to an archive template containing that author's most recent posts. A search page will contain a search box and has a search results template. That is the basic outline. I have attached a full outline as a PDF. I can also provide the HTML/CSS pages for review upon request.
