Wordpress contest

I would like to have a contest plugin made for a wordpress site. Here is the idea: -The contest is only available to registered users. -The contest needs to be added to a post (each new post will be a new contest). -I would like a live countdown to drawing timer to show how much time is left (days, hours, minutes, secs). This timer would need to be able to be placed anywhere in the site. (script?) -At the end of the timer I would like to show the username of a randomly selected user from the db but of only users who are logged in at the time of the drawing. -I would like an options panel in admin so I can set the contest start and end date and change other settings. I would own the code, you cannot sell or distribute. Please ask any questions if I have not been clear enough. Thank you.
