Wordpress plugin

We need a plugin for wordpress that converts the comment of each user in a new page or post or html page (output is one of the options of the plugin). This page will got: Url: [login to view URL] (the id can be a short random number. Dont repeat urls) Title similar to url comment of the user category comment assigned (maybe another, this will be configured in the options of the plugin) part of the original post (if we want, to be configured in the options) Let me know if you have some ideas to add in the plugin
