Hello providers! We're a upcoming financial advisory firm, and our clients are speaded all around the world. So far it has been a daunting task for us to brief everyone personally about our services, and handling existing clients through e-mails and phone. We need a corporate face for our company on the web, and this project is all about developing a fabulous website for the same. The detailed specifications for the proposed website are prepared, and now we need someone to materialize our ideas. We already have a domain-name & hosting, and we're ready to begin as soon as we find the right agency for this job. Here are the points to ponder before you pur your quote:- - The website will be running on LAMP platform. - Apart from the 15 static pages, the site will facilitate various reports (60+) generated dynamically from the database & live XML feeds. - A membership system with helpdesk integrated will be in place. - The advanced payment gateway integration, so that customers could pay us in real-time WITHOUT leaving our site. - A secure & comprehensive admin CP will be required for management of website contents, memberships, payments, and more. - You must produce the website design exactly as per our specifications. NO pre-built templates. - The site will be using Smarty templates engine for easy layout / outlook changes. Show me the smarty driven sites you've developed. - The PHP code must be clean, well-commented, and professional for easy future modifications. - Strictly NO flash, Only HTML, CSS. - The Database structure must comply to RDBMS rules & tweaked for highest possible performance. - The whole website must be 100% XHTML compliant. - Individuals need not to apply. We deal only with registered companies. - The whole development must not take more than two weeks for the beta release. - We'll perform a rigorous testing, and then, you'll have to patch all the reported bugs within 5 days. - All the developent work will be performed on our server only. We'll grant you all the necessary privilleges to our VDS. - The development agency must be willing to provide an year long free technical support. - The agency must be willing to handle SEO work as soon as the development is over, though it will be a separate project. - The service provider agency must produce the scanned copy of memorandum of the company. - The service provider agency must sign our NDA before commencing the job. - All the payments will be made via Paypal. NO EXCEPTIONS! 25 percent at project commencement, and rest in phases. - DO NOT TRY TO REACH US VIA ANY MEANS OTHER THAN PMB. Any such violation will be immediately reported to authorities here. I'm the IT advisor of this company, and I know all the various technologies involved in this project. So please don't try to offer me any silly stuff. No one-liner "We can do it" kind of bids!
