Looking to create a database driven website. Prefer stronger programmers over graphics people since its likely that Site will grow and change looks as it becomes more popular. Needs a strong database foundation but graphics, layout and design are needed. Membership site allows people to register and pay for votes. Also sends greeting email with user and password. Database will be responsible for monthly newsletter that includes number of votes purchased and who they spent votes on. Need admin area so admins can run reports showing what members have voted on. Keeps track of affiliate links clicked on and what amounts should be credited and what actually happened. Sample report would be show all members who clicked DoubleClick ad “xx001?? then show what we should make and what we are paying to member. We are collecting 5 paying 4 cents. Most popular members pages visited and most votes Etc… Have member profile like a dating website which allows uploads of pictures, links to youtube videos or uploading of videos, text documents and create a sales pitch about themselves to get votes. Shows votes and unique page views by other members for ranking Includes stats category showing if members really read through all uploaded material or just glanced and moved on. Include a search of profile keywords for other members to find them. Members vote for other members and are credited toward their account. Advertiser section that uses affilate advertisers for members to earn money to buy votes with. Every dollar earned becomes one (1) vote that can be given by one member to another or even themselves. Must integrate Message board chat that allows members to talk to each other either publically on page or privately but saves all in large file that can be downloaded and viewed if something needed legal attention worst case scenario etc…Like Rentacoders ability to arbitrate a dispute ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
