REDESIGN OF WEBSITE

REDESIGN OF WEBSITE WITH CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DESIGN OF NEWSLETTER CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. We only invite very experienced people to bid on this project. Bids of people that are not experienced will be ignored. People have to proof that they have made similar jobs. A site mock-up to show your graphic experience will be appreciated. PROJECT: We need complete redesign for website in 3 languages, Dutch, German and French ( translation will be provided by us) to be used in Germany, Belgium en Holland ( Holland and Belgium Language is similar, but in Belgium they use also French language. Current site is xxxxxx[login to view URL] the other sites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] WEBSITE: The design of the site must be very professional and unique designed with some very nice and royalty free stock photo's of horses and horse related pictures. Good exampless: [login to view URL] (design and colours very urgly !) On left site we need 20 buttons ( must be easy to make extra buttons) 1 HOME button with introduction of our company 16 product buttons with different product categories to choose the specific product range (after clicking all the products in this range will appear) 3 buttons with general information 1 button for email 1 button for LINKS 1 button for our adress ( and link to routeplanner) On this page there must be a map of Holland, Belgium and Germany, with possibility for moise over a specific area there will appaer te reseller in that area ) Aside of these buttons we will need button XXXREACTIES VAN KLANTEN where customers can give there reactions and add photo of them together with their horse(saddle). (This reactions will be published after approving by the webmaster) Immediately after uploading the customer wil get email that the message is received and will be published at the website asapo. After approval for publishing the customer wil get an automatic message that the reaction was published at the website. Another button ( OPRUIMING ) wich means stock clearance wil link to special promotions for stock clearance, On the right site we want 3 sqares with SUPER PROMOTIONS ( in the square the name of the specific product with a pictire) for three different products, clicking on this square box there will appear another page with the specific promotion. There must be also a possibility for customers to leave their email adress for keeping them informed about new promotions. (see also newsletter design) On adding the adress we will ask also some customer information - kind of horse - style of riding ( Western , dressage or recreation) - area code this can be used for furture promotions in specific areas and for promotions for specific riders. In the near future it is planned to extend the site with an on-line shopping cart with payment faclities ( not to be included in current development) The site must include also a product information area. this area will contain product informatin and 'know about'different product ranges ( all they should know about saddles, horse rugs, western saddles, bridles, a.s.o.) The job include GOOGLE optimized ranking. CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR WEBSITE In order to make the management of the 3 sites as easy as possible we will need a Content management system that can access all 3 sites (or more in the future). There must be a possibility to authorize users in different countries to modify specific parts of the site for wich they are authorized NEWSLETTER CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Aside of our new site to be developpend we need a Content Managemenet System for making personalised news and promtion mailings in our corporate style. In each email there must be a link for easy removal of adress from our database.
