We are a marketing company who wishes to redo our Web site.
We have an in-house design department that will produce Photoshop artwork.
The site will be a total of 6 core pages, plus perhaps 12 child pages following 3 standard templates (e.g., bio; case study).
We need someone to consult with us to pick the right platform - perhaps FLASH, perhaps other tool.
It is critical to work with someone with FLASH experience, but who also has experience in tools that allow us to update textual / image content easily - probably means XML (?).
Please send us your hourly rates, along with links to at least 2 sites that demonstrate your best work. They should be sites that you were the LEAD on, not sites that you had a minor role. Please also send your CV/resume.
IMPORTANT: we would like to work with an individual developer. Please clarify that the CV documents your own credentials and that you are the individual doing the programming. Please also describe a few jobs you have worked on for US-based firms, preferably with a link to one or two of them. Please clarify whether you do have references in the US, as these will be required before we award the contract.
Many thanks!
