auto refresh and auto accept advertised orders

require software which will auto-refresh Windows browser and capture necessary data. We use the appraisal vending website: https://appraisalzone.lendervend.com. Currently we must manually refresh the site and wait for appraisal orders to show in the queue. Once in queue the screen changes to an order screen with a command to accept or deny the order. Please let me know if you can help me out!
