Bespoke upload form integrated with third party plugin upddated

This is a property portal like Rightmove. At the moment, all properties added to the portal are done by myself and I use a 3rd party plugin called 'WP3D Models' to input the property information and display it correctly once uploaded. This is how I need it to work: 1. The person signs up for an account/logs in 2. The account gives them access to an uploading facility/page where they can add their property information into the fields. They also need to be able to access/edit the properties they have already uploaded. 3. Once the form is complete, it is published and displays correctly I use a third party plugin called WP3D Models. With WP3D Models, I know for sure that the 3D models will display on any device, any browser etc so I want to stay using WP3D Models. I only want to use 18 of the upload fields and all of these input areas/fields already exist so it is a case of syncing with them. Here are the elements that I need the upload fields to sync with: 1. Location 2. Number of bedrooms 3. Number of bathrooms 4. Price 5. Snippet of information 6. Single image upload for main property image (These first 6 elements will also show as an excerpt on the search results pages as well as on the property's own individual page on my site) 7. Text field where people can paste their 3D model link 8. Tabs to add full property text information (WP3D allows up to 3 different info tabs to be added) 9. Text field where people can paste their video link 10. Multiple image upload for all property images 11. Multiple image upload for property floorplans and EPC images 12. Image upload (specified size) for estate agent who is selling the property 13. Text field to add estate agent's name 14. Text field to add estate agent's phone number 15. Text field to add estate agent's website 16. Text field to add estate agent's email address (elements 12-16 are all contained in the same area on WP3D Models) 17. Image upload (specified size) for small company logo 18. Image upload (specified size) larger company logo WP3D Models offers a number of display options (in a dropdown) but I need all of the properties to display only one of the options as default every time and not offer a choice of display options to the person uploading. [login to view URL] You can have access to the backend of the website but only if you are 100% sure that you can do this. You need to have skills to sync an existing upload form that comes with the theme with this 3rd party plugin or you can build a new form if it is easier for you. The theme comes with sign up functionality and also a function to create a new property listing remotely. You can modify these built in functions or make new functions yourself. The form needs to be the same for everybody and people who have signed up need to be able to access and edit the properties they have uploaded. Perhaps this could be achieved with Buddypress but I will leave it to you to decide how you want to do it. My payment terms are 10% deposit to get the project started, 40% when you are half way through and the remaining 50% on completion. Only apply if you are happy with these terms. The project requirements will not change. I won't add more things to do.
